Temporary orders in a divorce are requests for immediate relief while the divorce is pending. These can include decisions about child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, access to the marital home, responsibility for debts, health insurance coverage, and restraining orders to prevent harmful actions.

To request these orders, you need to file a motion along with your Answer & Counterclaim, clearly explaining what you need and why.
